General Service Terms
全站通用服务条款 — 透明公正,保护双方权益
All service fees do NOT include product cost, international shipping fee, customs clearance fee and express delivery cost.
所有服务费不含产品货款、国际运费、清关费、国际快递费,以上费用由买家单独承担。
Advance deposit payment is required before all on-site services. No service will be arranged without deposit.
所有实地服务均需预付定金后方可安排,未支付定金不启动服务。
If client cancels the order after deposit paid and before our departure, service fee will be non-refundable. Only unused travel deposit will be returned.
客户支付定金后、我方出发前取消订单:基础服务费不予退还,仅未产生的差旅定金原路退回。
For cross-city service, travel fee is charged only once per trip. No repeated charge for multiple tasks in the same trip.

All inspection & sample videos will be sent to client within 24 hours after service is finished.
服务完成 24 小时内交付全部实拍视频、资料报告。
Service scope only covers on-site shooting, inspection, sourcing, and coordination. We do not participate in price disputes between buyers and factories.
服务仅包含实地拍摄、验货、寻样、对接;不介入买卖双方工厂货款纠纷。
