Import Certification
SABER (Saudi Product Safety Program) is the official electronic platform of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). It is mandatory for all regulated products imported into Saudi Arabia, including furniture, home appliances, and building materials.
Without valid SABER certificates, your shipment will be rejected at Saudi customs — resulting in costly delays, storage fees, and potential return shipments. We eliminate this risk entirely.
Two types of certificates required:
Product Certificate — issued once per product model, valid for 1 year
Shipment Certificate — required for each individual shipment

How We Handle SABER
Product Registration

We register your product on the SABER platform and submit technical documentation to the approved Conformity Assessment Body (CAB).
PC Certificate (Product Certificate)

The CAB reviews the product specs and issues a Product Certificate (PC). We coordinate with the factory to share this cost — saving you money.
Shipment Certificate (SC)

For each shipment, a Shipment Certificate (SC) is required. The SC fee is included in your quotation — no surprise charges at customs.
Customs Clearance

SABER is Saudi Arabia's electronic platform for product conformity certification. It's mandatory for most imported products including furniture. Without valid SABER certificates, your goods will be rejected at Saudi customs.
How much does SABER certification cost?

The PC (Product Certificate) cost is shared with the factory — typically SAR 500–2,000 per product depending on category. The SC (Shipment Certificate) fee is included in your quotation. We are fully transparent about all costs.
How long does SABER certification take?

For products with existing PC certificates, the SC can be issued within 1–3 business days. For new products requiring a new PC, the process takes 2–4 weeks. We plan ahead to avoid delays.
Do all your products have SABER certification?

Most of our furniture products are SABER compliant. For products that require new certification, we handle the process as part of your order. Products marked 'SABER ✓' in our catalog already have valid PC certificates.
